By accessing or using MyTasker ("the Service") at app.mytaskerapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

MyTasker is a personal task management tool. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial task organization. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at cjpedler@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Gmail Integration

If you choose to connect a Gmail account, you grant MyTasker read-only access to your Gmail inbox for the purpose of displaying messages and converting them to tasks. You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Settings page. We do not store full email content and do not send emails on your behalf.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTasker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
